3. Pre-contractual information for the client
Before any booking, the client must be able to clearly consult: the identity of the renter, the essential characteristics of the vehicle, the prices, the included kilometers, additional fees, payment terms, the deposit, cancellation conditions, any absence of the right of withdrawal, insurances, deductibles, complaint procedures, and contact details.
4. Legal references to verify
The texts on the site must align with the Belgian Economic Law Code, particularly the rules applicable to e-commerce, pre-contractual information, market practices, and abusive clauses. For a vehicle booking concerning a specific date or period, the exception to the right of withdrawal must be mentioned cautiously and legally validated, particularly in light of articles VI.47 and VI.53 of the Economic Law Code.
5. Intellectual property
The logos, images, texts, visuals, contracts, price lists, icons, photographs, documents, and graphic elements published on www.lukorent.com belong to LUKORENT or its rights holders. Any reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial exploitation without written permission is prohibited.
6. Site Responsibility
LUKORENT strives to ensure the accuracy of the information published. However, availability, prices, options, deductibles, insurance, schedules, serviced cities, and conditions may change. In case of a contradiction between the site and the signed contract, the signed contract prevails, subject to the mandatory rights of the consumer.

8. Compliance Clause
No clause published on the site should create a manifest imbalance to the detriment of the consumer. Penalties must remain proportionate, foreseeable, justifiable, and clearly communicated before booking.
1. Absence of right of withdrawal for a specified period.
When the rental concerns a specific date or execution period, the client must be informed that the legal right of withdrawal of 14 days may not apply. This mention must be legally validated and
communicated before booking, particularly with regard to articles VI.47 and VI.53 of the Economic Law Code.

3. Reservation modification
A change of date, time, location, or package is subject to availability and written agreement. Modification fees of
a minimum of €25 may be charged, in addition to any price difference.
4. Cancellation by LUKORENT
LUKORENT may cancel or modify a reservation in case of force majeure, breakdown, accident, unavailability,
security issues, invalid documents, non-payment, suspicion of fraud, or dangerous behavior.
LUKORENT may offer a postponement, an available alternative, or a refund, unless the client is at fault.
5. Complaints
Any complaint must be sent in writing to [LUKORENT's email] with the client's name, reservation number,
rental date, description of the problem, photos or useful evidence, and contact details.
6. Amicable settlement
The parties strive to resolve the dispute amicably. LUKORENT reviews complaints within a reasonable
timeframe and may request additional information.
7. Applicable law and courts
Belgian law is applicable. In the absence of an amicable solution, disputes fall under the competent courts according to
the rules of Belgian law, subject to the mandatory rights of the consumer.
8. Force majeure
LUKORENT cannot be held responsible for a delay, cancellation, or impossibility of execution
caused by an unpredictable event beyond its control: accident, unforeseen breakdown, disaster
natural, strike, administrative decision, traffic restriction, serious illness or other cases of force majeure.

1. Liability during the rental
The renter is responsible for the vehicle from the handover of the keys until the actual return and the final condition of the vehicle.

2. Liability insurance
The vehicle must be covered by mandatory automobile liability insurance. This coverage protects third parties according to the limits and exclusions set by the insurer.
3. Insured driver and passengers
LUKORENT indicates that the driver and passengers are insured according to the terms of the applicable insurance policy.
The limits, deductibles, exclusions, and reporting obligations must be clearly
communicated to the client.
4. Deductible
Deductible amount to be completed according to the insurance policy: €1800. The deductible may remain the responsibility of the renter even when the insurance applies.
5. Possible exclusions
• Unauthorized driver or without a valid license.
• Alcohol, drugs, false declaration, or hit and run.
• Unauthorized exit from territory.
• Overloading, prohibited use, or gross negligence.
• Fuel error.
• Absence of report, absence of declaration, or late declaration.
• Keys left in the vehicle or vehicle not locked.
• Damage to tires, rims, windows, underbody, or interior according to the insurer's exclusions.
6. Breakdown
In case of a breakdown, the renter must ensure their safety, immediately contact LUKORENT and assistance if requested, not abandon the vehicle, and not have it repaired without written authorization.
7. Accident
In case of an accident, the renter must secure the scene, call for help if necessary, notify LUKORENT,
complete a European report, take photos, note witnesses, and transmit all documents
quickly.
8. Theft or vandalism
In case of theft, attempted theft, or vandalism, the renter must contact the police, file a complaint, inform
LUKORENT, and provide the report. In case of negligence, the renter may be responsible for uncovered costs.
9. Fines and violations
The renter is responsible for fines and costs related to the rental period: speeding, parking, tolls,
low emission zones, red lights, phone use, overloading, seatbelt, violations in Belgium or abroad.
10. Administrative fees
For each fine, unpaid toll, reminder, administrative file, or authority request, LUKORENT may
charge €25 in management fees, in addition to the actual amount due.
1. General conditions for renting
The renter and each driver must meet the safety and verification conditions set by LUKORENT. LUKORENT may refuse to hand over the vehicle if the conditions are not met.
2. Minimum age
Recommended minimum age: 25 years. Any exception must be accepted in writing by LUKORENT and remain compatible with the vehicle's insurance.
3. Driver's license
For the Mercedes-Benz Vito 8-seater, a valid category B license is required. The driver must hold a valid license, recognized in Belgium, that is not suspended and not expired.
4. License seniority
Recommended seniority: minimum 3 years of license. This condition must align with the insurance contract.
5. Mandatory documents
• Valid identification.
• Valid driver's license.
• Recent proof of residence if requested.
• Complete contact details of the renter.
• Accepted payment method.
• For businesses: VAT/BCE number, identity of the representative and the driver.
6. Additional driver
Any additional driver must be declared, validated by LUKORENT, and mentioned in the contract. An
undeclared driver may result in the exclusion of certain guarantees and the total liability of the renter.
7. Refusal of rental
LUKORENT may refuse the rental in case of incomplete or suspicious documents, invalid license, non-payment,
absence of deposit, false declaration, dangerous behavior, state of intoxication or suspicion of consumption
of drugs, refusal to sign the contract or refusal to conduct the inventory.
8. Acceptance of the terms
The reservation, payment of the deposit, signing of the contract or taking possession of the vehicle constitutes
acceptance of the general terms, unless otherwise provided by mandatory provisions.

• Contact: phone, email, WhatsApp exchanges, emails or social networks.
• Documents: driver's license, ID, proof if requested.
• Reservation: dates, times, formula, options, pickup and return locations.
• Payment and billing: data necessary for payment, deposit, invoices, history.
• Vehicle condition: photos, videos, mileage, fuel, damages.
• Claims, fines, complaints, insurance and administrative files.
3. Purposes
The data is used to manage reservations, verify identity and license, establish the contract, hand over
the vehicle, process payment and deposit, invoice, manage claims, fines, complaints, legal obligations, security and customer follow-up.
4. Legal bases
Processing may be based on the execution of the contract, legal obligation, legitimate interest of LUKORENT, and consent when necessary, in accordance with the GDPR.
5. Retention
Data is retained for the duration necessary for the purposes pursued and legal obligations.
Billing data must be retained according to accounting obligations. Marketing data
is retained until consent is withdrawn or for the legally permitted duration.
6. Recipients
Data may be communicated to IT service providers, accountants, insurers, assistance,
repairers, authorities, police, lawyers, payment organizations, hosting providers, and service providers necessary for the execution of the service. LUKORENT does not sell personal data.
7. Rights of individuals
The client can exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, limitation, opposition, portability, and withdrawal of consent, when these rights apply. They can also file a complaint with the Data Protection Authority.
8. Security
LUKORENT takes reasonable measures to protect data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
9. Cookies
The site may use strictly necessary, functional, statistical, marketing, and social media cookies.
Non-essential cookies are subject to consent when required by law. The visitor must be able to accept,
refuse, or customize their choices via a cookie banner.
10. Cookie management
The visitor can modify their preferences via the site's cookie management module or the settings of the
browser. A detailed list of the cookies used must be added when the site is configured.
1. Booking
The booking can be made via the site, phone, WhatsApp, email, social media, or directly
with LUKORENT. It becomes final only after written confirmation and receipt of the deposit or
the requested payment.

• Date, time, duration, and desired rental formula.
• Place of departure and return.
• Identity of the main driver and any additional driver.
• Desired options: baby seat, booster seat, deposit, pickup, cleaning, additional kilometers.
• Intended use and country of circulation if leaving Belgium is considered.

3. Additional kilometers
Any excess of the included mileage package is charged at €0.25 per additional kilometer, unless another amount is specified in the rental agreement.
4. Payment
The balance must be paid before the keys are handed over, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods may include bank transfer, online payment, credit card, and cash within legal limits.
5. Deposit
A deposit may be required to secure the reservation. Unless stated otherwise, the deposit is applied to the final price. If the customer does not comply with the booking conditions or fails to show up, the deposit may be retained according to the cancellation policy.
6. Security Deposit
A security deposit is required before the vehicle is handed over. It covers damages, excess, delays, cleaning, missing fuel, additional kilometers, fines, administrative fees, loss of keys, documents or
accessories. Standard security deposit amount: €750
7. Return of the Security Deposit
The security deposit is refunded after the vehicle is returned and the condition, mileage, fuel, the
accessories, documents, any fines, and due fees are checked. Indicative timeframe: 7 business days, unless
an incident, dispute, inspection, fine, or pending external invoice.
8. Possible Deductions
LUKORENT may retain all or part of the deposit in case of justified expenses. If the expenses exceed the deposit, the customer remains liable for the balance.
1. Vehicle Handover
Before departure, an inventory is established with photos or videos, mileage, fuel level, documents, accessories, and contract signature. The client must immediately report any damage not listed.
2. Vehicle return
The vehicle must be returned on the scheduled date, time, and location. The renter must remain available until the complete inspection of the vehicle.
3. Delay
A grace period of 15 minutes may be granted if it does not disrupt the organization or another reservation.

4. Return outside of hours
Any return outside of hours, on Sunday, public holiday, early in the morning, late in the evening, or to a different address must be accepted in writing. Additional fees may apply.
5. Standard cleaning
The vehicle must be returned clean, in a condition compatible with normal use. A standard interior cleaning may be charged at a minimum of 40 € if the vehicle requires more cleaning than normal use.

7. Tobacco and animals
It is strictly prohibited to smoke in the vehicle. Animals are prohibited unless prior written agreement. In case of odor, hair, scratches, dirt, or traces of tobacco, cleaning, repair, and immobilization fees may be charged.
8. Forgotten items
LUKORENT is not responsible for forgotten, lost, stolen, or damaged items. The renter must check the vehicle before return.
